Ivonne Gutiérrez González (Mexico) is a visual artist who researches and experiments with sustainable photography, generally using plants she grows herself.

‍

She earned a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Antigua Academia de San Carlos at UNAM. She has supplemented her education with courses and workshops on the creation of sustainable art materials. She explores themes of identity, life, impermanence, and the cycles of consumption and image production, placing value on the processes themselves.

She has participated in exhibitions in Mexico, Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands. She is a recipient of the 2024–2025 Young Creators program. Some of her works have appeared in books and magazines in Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Sweden.

Her work explores themes of identity, life, impermanence, and the temporalities of image production and consumption, placing value on the process.

She has participated in exhibitions in Mexico, Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands. She is a recipient of the Jóvenes Creadores program (2024–2025). Some of her work has been featured in books and magazines in Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Sweden.
