Caro and Maud, artisan artists from France arrive in Mexico along with the collective Zo-prod/Cie la Patte Folle to present their giant puppet at Xantolo, our Day of the Dead Festival. They will also share their know-how in a safe and creative workshop space.

What will you learn?

-Both workshops: Safe use of tools. Creation of practical and artistic pieces.

-Depending on the workshop you choose: Metal welding or wood gluing techniques.

When?

Cycle 1: October 17-19

Cycle 2: October 24-26

(in each cycle there will be 2 groups: one metal and one wood)

Hours of operation 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Limited space:

Metal workshop: maximum 6 persons

Wood workshop: maximum 4 persons

Cost:$1,000.00MXN each course (Intensive course of 7 hours per day for 3 days. Choose metal or wood).

$1,500.00 MXN taking both courses

*Includes materials, tools, personal protective equipment (leather gloves and safety glasses) and coffee break.

Who is the target audience? Open to all people, with special emphasis on women and gender minorities. No tolerance for discriminatory practices.
