Provide your freelance professional services as a Social Media Managerx With the objective of: Plan, execute and optimize the digital presence of the Snowapple House in social networks, strengthening its community and positioning as a cultural and social space, through the creation and management of organic content and campaigns pautados, accompanying the conversation with audiences and analyzing results for communication and marketing decisions.
Through carrying out the following:
- Contribute to the strengthening of the community and digital allies (collectives, artists, social organizations, content creators, specialized media), monitoring relevant trends in the social sector and detecting opportunities for collaboration and co-dissemination of content.
- Collaborate with the corresponding area in the design and implementation of Snowapple's organic and paid digital strategy, aligned with its artistic and social mission.
- Create, together with the Communication and Marketing coordination, the content grid and the editorial calendar with a social focus to sensitize audiences to the issues that Snowapple makes visible through its projects (art, feminism, community, rights, etc.).
- Analyze metrics and propose improvements to the Communication and Marketing Coordination in content and social communication strategies.
- Propose and manage audience segmentation for targeted campaigns (interests, locations, demographic profiles, similar audiences, retargeting), seeking a strategic use of the allocated budget.
- Manage and update Casa Snowapple and El Chal de las Musas social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube) on a daily basis, including feed posts, stories, reels/shorts and other relevant formats.
- Disseminate content aligned with Snowapple's mission and values.
- Respond to messages and comments with sensitivity, human approach and social perspective.
- Monitor mentions, tags and conversations related to Snowapple and its projects; respond to direct messages and socially sensitive comments, channeling doubts, proposals and requests to the corresponding internal area.
- Configure, launch and follow up on digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google (Youtube), Google Grants, among others, including: Definition of objectives, audience segmentation, creative and copy uploading, monitoring of

- Writing copies and texts for social networks (posts, event descriptions, announcements, information capsules, etc.), taking care of spelling, clarity and focus.

- Generate materials for specific campaigns in networks in conjunction with the Communication and Marketing Coordination.
- Raise content during Casa activities (photo, video, short clips, interviews, capsules and live broadcasts) and manage their timely publication, including events on weekends and evening/night hours when necessary.
- Prepare monthly social media reports that include key metrics (engagement, digital impact, follower growth, advertising results, site traffic, among others) and scope of specific social media projects or campaigns.
- Support the Coordination of Communication and Marketing in the management of external alliances for the design of digital communication strategies that strengthen the presence of the House in the digital ecosystem.

- Digital portfolio (desirable).
- Availability of time to cover House events (required) during weekends and evening and night hours in some of them.

3. The person selected as a finalist will begin providing services on January 5, 2026.
As this is an independent professional services rendering, the selected person will be hired via professional fees with a fixed-term contract initially for three months. Therefore, he/she must be registered in the RFC in order to be able to issue CFDI. As well as having own equipment -laptop and high-end phone- Fee offer: $ 18,000.00 plus VAT per month with opportunity for growth. The provision of services is required in hybrid mode (70% remote and 30% face-to-face).
